Approval and implementation of the Public & Administrative Information Access Law by June 2026, ensuring access to government data.

3. Strengthen Control Institutions:

Strengthen the capacity and independence of control institutions (e.g., Court of Auditors) by 2027, ensuring adequate resources and timely report publication.

4. National Anti-Corruption Plan:

Develop and implement a comprehensive, participatory National Anti-Corruption Plan by 2026, with clear goals and monitoring mechanisms.
